Squaw Valley Ski Museum Foundation collects, preserves, exhibits, and interprets western skiing heritage and celebrates the legacy of the 1960 Olympic Winter Games.

To establish a cultural center where the evolution of skiing in the Sierra Nevada and the 1960 Winter Olympics can be researched, studied, displayed and enjoyed in a modern facility of architectural interest. To create a cultural experience that will amaze and delight all those who come to visit.

Executive Director

Jill Short Milne

Milne arrives with 25 years of experience in Marketing, Fundraising and Events, including positions at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the 2002 Winter Olympics in Utah and the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.
